As you may have already discovered, there is much more in running a company than you had predicted. Maintaining financial records and the day to day paperwork can be completely overwhelming especially while you are trying to concentrate on the core of your business. My bookkeeping service can be set up on-site (your office) using your computer and your accounting software or
off site (my office). We will work directly with your accountant. At year end, we will gather and submit all
paperwork needed to your accountant. We will prepare your income tax returns if you would or you can submit
them to your accountant.

All of the bookkeeping is done in your office using your computer and software program.



All the bookkeeping would be done in my office, on my computer and software program. I would pick up all necessary paperwork, or you have the option to fax the information, either weekly, monthly, or quarterly (or as frequently as required by your business) process the daily paperwork, prepare your monthly financial statements and return it to you upon completion. You will be provided detailed information on all the paperwork prepared. This information will be kept confidential and protected with regular backups.
